The Oakton Place therapy programs are designed to restore, rejuvenate, and revitalize residents after a hospital stay, orthopedic surgery, stroke or other medical conditions. A dedicated team of therapists, nurses, and social service staff create a specialized rehabilitation program that best suits the unique needs of each resident. These personalized wellness plans are administered by Oakton employees rather than contracted therapists from outside agencies. Wellness plans may include:

• One-on-one physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapy available daily

• Wound care to facilitate recovery from surgery

• Services of a neurologist with an on-site office
